Question concerning a 95 Wrangler soft top
I'm looking into buying a 95 with a soft top my question is can you and is it easy to convert a soft top to a hard top. Also is it easy enough to switch back and forth between the two. I'm mechaniclly inclined just wondering the cost and dificulty envolved.

Re: Question concerning a 95 Wrangler soft top
If you've already got the hard doors, then all you need is the hard top. If you've got soft doors, though, you'll need to replace them also.
The changeover's pretty easy, just removing hardware and bolting on the hard top. I'd make sure to label all the parts of the soft top, to make installation of that easier next year.

Re: Question concerning a 95 Wrangler soft top
I know that more modern tops have a clip-type arrangement, kind of like a C-clamp, that you tighten to hold under the rail and on top of the bottom lip on the hard top.
check out quadratec.com and/or 4wd.com they have a selection of both tops and hardware.

Re: Question concerning a 95 Wrangler soft top
I think you'll enjoy the Jeep immensely, no matter which top you have on....
