Overheating
Can anyone help????
I have a Renault Clio Prima, 1272ish 1994 model.
There was a hole in the water expansion tank, so I have changed the water bottle. Since I changed the water bottle it overheats even more and will only run without the top on the water tank? When I put the top on the water tank the car overheats and cuts out! It will run without the lid on but is spluttery. The fan doesnt cut it but it ran fine until I changed the water bottle, the car seemed to like the hole in the water tank. I would just put the old one back on but it failed the mot because there was coolant leaking! Can anyone help?
