Have not done this myself but know guys that have done it on other cars.
What makes it easiest, is to have a "donor" car on hand. I.e., buy a 5 spd w/ a blown motor or wrecked or something, these cars are so cheap that won't cost any more than just a tranny would nayway. Try eBay or local I-Wanna ads.
Basically you'll need the tranny, clutch master/slave etc (in thsi car its integrated w/ brake master), pedal cage, and any/ all sensors related to it. You *may* have to swpa the ECU too but I'm not sure. Good luck.
