95 buick computer

ok the transmition shop replaced the selanoid but says it still has the same problem, they say they put it on there computer and the transmition is fine, they seem to think its a malfunction in the main computer, the car place said they had put a new computer in, any ideas of what else i could be, i would hope the transmition shop would have checked the wiring to the trans before assuming it is the main computer.

"Quad Driver Module 2 Fault, and a F31 Transmition Solenoid Failure. am haveing transmition looked at now, but not sure were the Quad Driver is, can someone tell me were that is at and were i can find information about it?"

You would need to find out what items are being driven by the Quad Driver that set the code. This code usually sets when there is a voltage fault on the particular Quad Driver due to a bad relay or solenoid for whatever is being run off the driver.

Quad/Output Driver Module:

The Control Module controls most components with electronic switches which complete a ground circuit when turned on.

When the switches are arranged in groups of 4, they can independently control up to 4 outputs and are called Quad Drivers.
