Question Do You Think This Is Good..?

Ok, any exercise is better than none...that being said, how do you think this is..

My uncle taught me an exercise routine that's very basic, and i'm pretty sure the armed forces use it in similair training/exercise practices. Basically, if you don't have alot of room..you can do this..

Do 10 jumping jax...get down and Do 10 situps or crunches..not using anything to hold your feet...roll over and do 10 pushups..get up Do 10 jumping jax......and repeat until your out of breath.

Believe it or not, just the motion of you getting on the floor to do situps..then rolling over to do pushups..then getting up again is a workout in itself.

If you do that for like 20-30 minutes, i wonder how much you'd burn..? BTW, you can switch it up, like instead of doing 10, 10, 10..do like 20 jjax/5sups/5pups...it still kicks your ass if you do it really fast.

Yeah it's rough...try it when you get a chance. It actually gets you sweating faster then running/sprinting.
