Speedomador Problems
Recently on a trip I had the crusie control set to 75mph and I got pulled over and was clocked at 82 mph. I have stock rims and tires. Is there a recall on this or does the computer need to be fixed or something?

Re: Speedomador Problems
Weird, I know that car manufactures can set the speedo to read anywhere from exact speed to up to 5-7mph faster, but it is illegal to have them register slower due to what you experienced.
Unfortunately, either somethings wrong on your TB, or the officers gun is off. I have no ideas on this one.

If the speedometer is off, have the dealer fix it. You can probably take the itemized repair receipt to the court and have your ticket dismissed (or reduced to the 75 you thought you were going). . |

Well my gps acually says I am going 7-8 mph faster than my speedo does. The cop was pretty cool and gave me a citation for illegal speedometer or something so its probably just a fine. Guess Ill have to bring it to the dealer again. Thanks for all your imput.

Get a statement of work from the dealer, and take it to the courthouse to have your illegal equipment ticket dismissed. . |
