Good Deal?

ok, i have a freind that is sellin his stock '69 Fastback. It has the stock 302 that came in it with a oil leak common from the head gasket (easy fix) the original color was Calypso Coral, but the guy my freind bought it from gave it a cheap black coat, the black is chippin away and u can see the original color again. The car like any 30 year old car has very little rust spots, but covered so its not spreading any where. the floor pans need to be redone and the interior needs work, due to the sun and wear and tear. now hes slapped on a brnad new factory hood and doors. hes currenly sellin the car for $2200. now i think this is a good deal, now can someone gimme an estimate of what it might cost to get it back to as close to original as possible.
