Hey all I'm new, tried a search but didn't see anything relevent.
Anyway my problem is the interior fuse box makes a sparking sound when anything electrical is activating inside the car, dome light when you open a door, power locks, etc. I thought it was that a relay went out, Ford part # F57B-14B192-AA. I thought this because it was extremely hot to touch and was the only relay like that. So pulled it out, got a new one. Still does the same thing. The car will not even attempt to turn over, as this relay is the one that is supposed to cut power if you leave the lights on. I'm going to try disconnecting the battery for a few minutes to see if it resets things. If that doesn't work does anyone have any other ideas to narrow the problem down.
