98 Sebring Convert RF hum

98 with 141 K miles. Hear low humming noise in right front wheel area. No hum in steering left or neutral position. Checked PS level, ok. Have not seen any steering oil slicks. No hum with car running at a stop. Bearing ??

Primary cause ?
Secondary cause ?
