plugs and wires please help fasst!!!!!!

i have a 1997 gst!!!!!!!ok i dont think my plugs are going in the right way because i just got my car fixed and he said i crossed a wire now wtf is going on i jbwelded my valve cover and put it back on today and i dont think im putting the spark plugs back in the right way can anyone help me out its running like shit again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! please help faast
