Re: cleaning

I like (and have used for years) a wax product called NuFinish. It comes in an orange bottle. Just follow the directions on the bottle

I use nothing but Meguires products, Gold class auto soap, claybar for set in oxidation (requires waxing or polishing after). I have also tried their new NX series wax. Seems to work good. I have put it on my new Magnum and have done part of my truck with it. Need another weekend to finish it. Also use Gold Class tire gel and foam applicator. I usually use Never Dull polish for the Chrome. I also use Wesleys bleach white spray for the white lettering on my tires.

Return the Armor All QUICKLY!!!!

Other than that you did well. I love my microfiber towels. It's amazing how much water the damn things can hold.

Re: cleaning

Yeah Armor All seems to stink both of my trucks up. It's like the heat bakes the smell and it just takes away the "new car smell." Out of all the chrome polishers I've used, plane jane Windex has worked the best.

All I use on my plastics inside is a damp cloth to wipe the dust off.

It shouldnt matter what color it is. and are you talking about the interior or exterior being black. Interior wipes are normally clear and with the wipes a little foamy but dry colorless.

Re: Re: cleaning

Never use any product on the interior plastic or vinyl parts.

Plastics hold in a moisture content and products that you apply will dry and during the drying process will extract the natural moisture from the plastic and cause cracking.

I only use warm water and Pine Sol to clean the interior parts in all of my cars and truck.
