My Dads Tracker quit the other day and it isn't getting fuel so we checke the relay and replaced it, still no fuel. So we then pulled the tank and check the pump it pumps fine.. We checked the pug on the mail harness and no power, the relay is clicking..

anyone have any idea's???

Also is there a way to check the ECM??

hello i had a problem with 95 tracker fuel pump died so i thought went and bought new pump put it in same thing intermitent returned pump called another parts store he told me the pump manufacturer said besides replaceing pump you should replace wire harness to pump. to make long store short i found that the plate on top of the gas tank where the wire go threw from one side to the other had a short. i drilled out the stud put stainless screw on the ground stud and have not had a problem since car use to have a miss every so often.. if the relay is clicking that means the ecm is working only stay on for 3 seconds at a time so that you dont build up to much pressure while trying to start car. after car starts relay stay on all the time unti shut off of car.

hope this helps.
