Any1 got experience with strawberry conversion for the hatch?

Maybe some of you already know my plan (posted in the 200SX forum). I wondered what kind of work realy comes up when converting a '91 hatch front to a S15. I'm raising that question again 'cause I'm a bit Some say it just bolts on, others say havey work. At least all say it's overpriced But I need to know 'cause as it looks now I'll have to import the conversion from the US or Kiwi-land as I have no sources at Japan at all. The real problem is if I have to import I'll lose a lot $$$$ and I'm on budget.

Any advice or recomondations welcome
hopefully more reply post than in the 200SX forum

that's why I posted two pictures?
Here once again especialy for SR20DETpower exclusive

I'm just refering to the mainlands actualy when I wrote US I also apreciate comments from Canada and South Amerika and same for Kiwi (I know we have a lot of Kiwis and Wallabys on the forum and different to the US they get quite the same cars as we do (just a bit more). Biggest difference between Europe and the rest of the world is the fact that there's quite no tuning-market for other cars compared to european models in Switzerland and Germany. That's why I'm typing so much although I actualy want some answers!:bandit:

the strawberry face (S15) conversion will bolt right onto the S13 chassis. The thing that people are saying that will require heavy modification is if you just went out and got some S15 silvia metal fenders right off the car and tryed to bolt it on then it wouldn't work. the bolts are in completely different places. The company called strawberry face makes replicas are the S15 fenders but with the bolt holes in the right place so that it bolts up right. You will also need to get the S15 bumper support to bolt it on to the S13 chassis but everything else including hood and headlights will bolt right on with no modifications.

As it seems that I won't get it in Europe ('cause no one's selling it:o) where can I import it cheapest (companys from all over the world accepted, as it anyway doesn't matter if I have to pay shippment [US -> Europe shipping will cost me about 750 US$])?

Re: Any1 got experience with strawberry conversion for the hatch?

This may be an old posted thread, but if Bean Bandit or Fliquer are still on the forum, and you have the ability to read well then write ... Australia ... and don't be a knob and write Kiwi-Land ... ?? New Zealand ... no wait NZ?? or AU(Australia)? if you have others on the forum respect us and which country we're from.

hahhahah hilarious! well in the US there are a few companies that sell modified kits that allow you to do the conversion with a little more ease. I dont know the name off the top of my head. but the export of US goods are cheaper from what i understand.

Oh and S13Silvis, keep it clean. Dont be an ass. Some people dont know better so lay off the language and grammer corrections. I know i make a lot of mistakes in spelling and grammer. We are here to share automotive knowledge, so if you have issues thats not car related, try to stop yourself. I stop myself from flaming rice boys...just because they dont know better.
