can I convert!02 Cavalier

I have a 02 Cavalier I purchased for my son, the both front power windows are erratic sometimes they go up sometimes they go a bit and stop, before I go and get new motors, (which I probably will) but has anyone converted them to hand crank windows, dod 02 Cavalier have hand operated windows.

thanks
Chet
