repairs help

i recently took my car in for a check engine light

the repairs the dealer service department is telling me i need is:

new vacumn hose $73 to replace
suction jet pump plugged $89 to fix
intake $155 to fix
cam adjuster seals covered under powertrain warranty
reflash computer $165

now they came back with ignition switch $300 to replace

what's going on here????? my car was fine up till last week aside from the typical recall items for this car and replacing the front brakes every 20k miles twice under warranty and once on my dime
