Clutch engages with pedal to floor

If I put my 94 tracer into 1st while stopped and have my foot on the clutch it will automatically engage like fluid is leaking. There are no visible leaks anywhere and I have bled the system numerous times. Also the fluid is full.

I have concluded that it may be the clutch master cylinder. I was just wondering if the brake master cylinder has anything to do with this also?

In my 99 escort the clutch and brake fluid are one unit. However being hydrolic there is (i assume) a slave cylender near the clutch fork. Possible that could be leaking (I dont beleive it would be enough to see a puddle though)

The clutch master cylinder uses brake fluid it taps off of the brake fluid reservoir. I'd first check the level in the brake reservoir and then see about bleeding the clutch slave cylinder, there is a bleeder valve on the front of it. If that doesn't help or you can definitely isolate one of the cylinders as leaking, replace it (they're cheap). I found my master cylinder was bypassing, replaced it, and apparantly with the higher pressure now applied to the slave cylinder, it leaked. Replaced the slave, bled the system, it was finally happy. I believe to get at the clutch master cylinder you have to remove the battery and tray. Good luck!
