If anybody has any information on how to do vertical doors on a 1989 cavalier 2-door, please tell me! I would love to do this to my car. It is a 4-cylinder that I am turning into a z24. I have the hood and the side skirts from the 89Z, I plan on getting the bumpers from the 92-94Z, and some interior z24 peices. Someday I will do the engine, but for now, I am just working on the body. I checked all over the internet and can't find any information on a vertical/lambo style door hinge for this year. If anybody knows anything or anyway that is affordable, I don't want to spend hundreds or a thousand dollars for this, since the car has 160,000 miles on it right now. Even if it is how to make them yourself, that is fine. Any information will be greatly appreciated.

Wouldn't it be nasty. They look so awesome on other cars, I would love to do this. I have found one, but it costs like $900. It's on tunerracing.com. It's still kinda expensive,
but if your willing to pay it, then I would say go for it. They also have all kinds of other small things that I may go for, like a billet oil cap, and maybe a roof scoop.
