I don't know how to put this but every other morning I get into my car and notice my clutch pedal is pressed all the way down. I turn the car on and notice a smell coming from the motor. I check my ummm.. clutch master cylinder? Well I have to put more fluid in because it leaks it through somewhere in the front (close to the throw out bearing). I have tried to check it but can't see anything. I don't have time to take everything out and check it throughly. That's why I am asking for any info anyone can give me. Thank you for your time.

Re: leaking fluid from tranny
Same thing was happening to me, and hate to tell you, but you're gonna have to give it a thorough check. It could be so many things. For me, it was the master cylinder, then my hoses went, replaced them with performance hoses, and then I had the seals replaced. It still has a slow leak, but it's not enough of a problem to worry about now. So there's a laundry list of things it could be.

Re: leaking fluid from tranny
all I can see is the fluid leaking somewhere around the front of the tranny. How can I get a pic in here?
