High flow catalytic converter

I bought a high flow cat converter for my 94 altima on Ebay for under $30. had it installed and sounds good. but i found out it is a test pipe. it does have some small holes inside like a filter but the high performance store i went to said it is test pipe. now i fear that my car won't pass emissions. does any one have one this and have problems passing emission test?

you probably will not be able to pass emissions with a test pipe. Magnaflow makes some great high flow cats for a cheap price. www.magnaflow.com

Besides the fact that it doesn't pass emissions, do you like it? There are no emissions tests in Florida so I was thinking about getting one of those test pipes for my car.
