Need HELP with 1988 Bronco II EECIV computer

Before I go into great detail concerning my problem with my 1988 Bronco II, is there anyone with knowledge about the EECIV that might help me sort through my problem, I am disabled and can't afford to take the truck to the shop.
I am however mechanicly inclined.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
Thanks
