Cool fuel pump resistor

can anyone tell me where the fuel pump resistor is located on a 2000 GTP

Its applicable to '97 to '00 GTPs only. From '01 and up to '03 it was moved to the rear of the vehicle someplace by the fuel tank.

Are you supposed to jump the speed control relay or the pump relay
because #14 on my 99 gtp is the pump relay and #15 is speed control.
