Cable for the Trans

95 NeoN 2.0 SOHC

The Throttlebody Pressure control cable is not functioning, the little dialier that the cable mounts to is seized up.The gear shifting cable is working good. Is that something I can fix or Do I need to take it to a Tranny Shop.

Can you actually see it? If so, what is holding it on? If you can take it off, you can probably replace it.
