Question on interior lights

Hey all, I know this may sound like I'm being picky, but I was wondering what all lights up inside your jimmy when you turn on the lights? As far as I mean, like um, I dont know how to describe it, but does your parking lights/head lights/hatch/etc... panel, to the left of your steering column, light up? as like the power window thing does on your door? Get what I'm saying? Also does your 4x4 buttons light up? Just wondering is all, mine dont. The heater controlls light up, and so do the guages. 1995 GMC Jimmy SLT 4.3L V6 Thankyou!!!

Re: Question on interior lights

Your 4x4 lights come on when you start your truck, but the only one that will (or should) remain on is what you're 'in' at that time. When I turn the key, all my 4x4 lights come on - if I'm in 4HI, that one will stay lit, and so on.

That said, my 95 Jimmy SLT doesn't give me much to work with as far as stereo / dash lighting.

at night with the headlights on, the only things that like up on the left side controls are the rear wiper and rear defrost controls, maybe hatch release (never really noticed). on doors the only thing that lights up on mine is the power mirror control. transfercase: selected gear is lit. HVAC contols are lit. upper console display is on (all the time).

my truck is also a 95 Jimmy SLT.
