Burning Smell

I have a 04 civic. When ever I come home(driving up hill), and only when I come home, I park the car and I smell burning rubber comming from the rear passanger side. I have taken it into the dealer 3 times and they say it is water burning on my muffiler. I smell it even on the dryest days, so that is B.S. I have no idea what it is. I just don't want to get screwed over after my warenty has run out. If anyone has any answers please let me know.

maybe its your tire rubbing against your fender, when you go up hill the car slants and the tire probably touches your fender.
