No dash lights and more...

***I have an '02 Elantra GLS.***

This weekend I went out to my car and found a plethora of problems with it and have no explanation. Let me first say that all the fuses I can check are fine.

When I turn on my headlights I have no backlighting except for the gear selector and the dummy lights. Along with this is not having any lights on the instrument panel either for the HVAC controls etc.

On the passenger side of the car the orange blinkers work but will not come on when the headlights are on. They do blink though when I tell it to when changing lanes.

Also, the rear tail lamp does not work when the headlights are on but will light up when I press the brakes. The orange light will not light up either on the back passenger side unless I'm changing lanes.

Does anyone have any clue as to when is going on here? I took the dash fascia off to make sure the plugs were snug and all were. This is truly irritating.
