92 continental different warnings!

have a 92 cont,and have a few probelms...

1. fuel DCL comes on,gives a me DCL and above that i get the 4 lines ----- where that distance to empty and such is supposed to be..

2. have a sequence of 5 high-beeps that i hear when i start the car sometimes,no lights come on anywhere,comes on randomly when i'm driving or when i start the car..

3. dash has been fluctuating when driving at high speed(60) and also when im driving over bumps..loose wire?

4. car has been having difficulty starting lately u will hear the starter go but wont start ,turn the ignition 1/4 the way over and wait a few mins and usuualy it will start..new batt perhaps?

right now im waiting to get my ABS sensor replaced because the ABS comes on sometimes when i brake u can feel and hear the klicking..sears mechanic told ,e that the electrical system has a fluctuating voltage between 12 and 9 volts..

any info would be appreciated..thnx
