I need to know wheather or not I can use the flywheel off of the b18 motor that is in the car or do I need to buy another one and what would work best if I need to swap. Where can I find a wiring harness/ subharness for the swap, Hasport does not have anything for that new of a car. I would like to know for sure, Please!

Re: 98 Integra b16 swap
Thank you for the reply. I asked from my profile. I have an 89 civic si but my brother just picked up an 98 Integra and I was asking for him not realizing that I had to change my search criteria! We are using the exhisting tranny unless that needs to be changed as well. We are just learing which is why I am asking these questions!

Re: 98 Integra b16 swap
well then as long as you use a hydro trans, you can use a hydro clutch. also for the wiring, all you should have to do is run like 4 wires - vtec sel, vtec oil pressure, knock, o2? not sure about that one.

Re: 98 Integra b16 swap
flywheel are interchangable from 90-01 integras, so they are all the same for b series.
wireing, well it should be all the same unless you are changing to obd1. just swap all electronics over. all you gotta do is wire up vtec |
