Question 91 regal custom missing?

Heres a technicallity...
1991 buick regal custom with the 3.8 liter.
There is a "electrical center" (fuse box) Undern eath the hood, on teh passengers side.
What are the labelings???? Mine is so blurred it isnt even funny.
I have a wonderful drawing, but i dont knwo hwo to get it on here.

But onword and so forth with the problem.

Noticed My regal was missing every so often (it sounds liek a miss).

So i was like okay, w/e. It has gotten to a point were i give the throttle everything or nothing, because all of the inbetweens are so bad you barely accelerate. I get a code 41, which i beleive is the cam sensor.
I replaced the:
harmonic balancer,
the alternator,
All of the heater core hoses.
And it wasnt untill after that was installed (approx a month ago). that the problem began. Now it is getting very severe, but the vehicle will not die, nor does it give me problems starting. It doesnt matter if its cold or hot, wether i let it idle for a minute or not.

What would i look for, and is there a possibility im wrong on the code 41?
Thanks,
Bill
*edit*
I have Blue spark in the coil packs. The problem does not happen while idleing, only in motion. I unplugged all of the plugs that go to the air intake, the throttle body (the three pulgs around the throttle body) and started it. It ran harsh, same problem. So i shut the vehicle off, and plugged them back in, and started it, the service engine soon light went off for about 5-6 seconds.
