s13 sr20det in a 95 240 chassis?
I was wondering if any mods were needed when putting a s13 sr20det in a 95 240 sx body. Im about to order everything and if you know of a reputable place to get the motor i would appreciate it. thanx

only wiring harness mods are really needed oh and some heater hoses dont bend the right way and you should get a bigger radiator and electric fans and fuel pump and exhaust

And there's something with the thermostat that makes it show that the engine is overheating when it's not, you have to put an S14 part in, but I dunno what part.

S13-S14-S15 all have same engine mounts.

so when you go from KA to SR you dont need new motor mounts? Thats cool, i never really knew that.

Well it's recomended to get Nismo ones cause the stock ones are like blubber.

 mods list: t3/t04e, iap oil lines, iap i-c piping, xspower i-c, z32 mafs, enthalpy tuned ecu, 615cc injectors, s14 tomei fuel pump, blitz DD bov, tial 38mm w/g, BD exhuast mani./downpipe, Spec StageIII clutch . .s13 power. power estimate at ~ 270 whp @ 11 psi.

go down to Beeman550's post, i know him personally and he has the sr swap done to his car. he runs in the 12's on stock everything except for he got a front mount. -tim
