idk
i got one for ya ... we were meeting a friend and we decided to stop in an empty parking lot next to a main drag outside of town
our buddy met us there in his 95gt mustang... as he was pulling in we gave him the signal to whip a few donuts... he did... more like 15 donuts and smoke everywhere... when the smoke cleared there was a police cruiser type vehicle with lights on top of it but unmarked otherwise... guy got out of the car and ran over to his mustang and proceeded to yell at him for doing donuts in an empty parking lot.... turned out he was the township fire cheif and my friend politely asked "are you a cop?" ... the guy said no and he laughed in his face and took off, sideways out of the parking lot and me and the person i was riding with casually drove off in his riced out focus like nothing was wrong... he followed us for about 5 minutes thru the back roads and we never heard anything from it ... so oh well !

Well your friend sounds like an idiot. Fire chiefs work in close connection with the police. They can communicate on the radios. On top of that, ANYBODY can report you (your friend) for driving like a moron. All they need to do is get your license plate number and meet with a cop to sign a statement. No a fire chief can't arrest you, but being a jackass to him isn't necessarily the most intelligent thing either.

maybe so, but 'round these parts i've heard it straight from the officer's mouth ... nothing ... NOTHING can be done unless they have pictorial or video evidence of you doing such an act... because i've had the cops called on me MORE than once and i've been lectured and lectured and all they say is "wait till i catch u" ... those days for me are gone but... oh well ...
all in good fun... not tryin to make enemies or an ass of myself here
