Question shortest tranny for d15b ?

i use the d15b vtec with the si tranny it give me good acceleration . my question is can i use shorter then the si tranny and if yes how can i know it, ?

Every place I've seen online says that the d15b vtec transmission has the same gear ratio as the Si does, so you have the best one for acceleration. As far as I can see, the '92-'95 Civics with the sohc vtec engines have pretty much the same gear ratios (some of the EX ones have a longer gear here and there, but close enough).

some friend for me tell me that to use the tranny which come with the 1300 cc and 1400 cc it is shortest then the si is that right ?

I don't know, here in the US we don't have a 1.3L or 1.4L engine. But usually the engines with less power have longer geared transmissions.
