changing bad battery

I had a bad battery on a 2002 montana. I jumped it off according to the manual and drove it to the dealership(chevrolet-a mistake?)They changed the battery and called and said the computer module was shorted out(controls transmission, fuel mixture ect.)because they couldn't comunicate with the car. The next day they decide the pcm module was bad(controls the security system)They replace it and now the radio and dvd player dont work and there is a ticking soundcoming from the speakers even with the key off. any ideas anyone?
