01 T&C 4 disc changer

Changer quit working and when I checked the cable from radio I have no power on the lead that should be battery. When I supply battery power directly to the wire everything is fine. Is there a fuse for this? The radio works just fine.
Thanks,
Jim

Im having the same problem. My radio does not even recognize that the changer is there but the changer is recieving power. If anyone knows how to fix this let me know. Im not sure if the changer has to be replaced or the radio

I am having the same problem on my 2002 Intrepid, would like to know if there is a solution out there or has the laser gone out?

I have the same changer. It has stopped working, and the lights on loading buttons 1&2 flash alternately with the lights on buttons 3&4, back and forth. I pulled/replaced the little IOM fuse to no avail. Is there some other method to reset?
