Re: What will happen if i do this?
Just run the injector pulse based off the factory fuel map. Why? Do you have larger injectors?

Re: What will happen if i do this?
Simply unplugging the AFC doesn't work. The car will run, but in some half assed safe mode. Essentially the same thing as when you forget to plug in the MAS... You need to reconnect the airflow meter's signal wire that the AFC intercepts. This is covered in the AFC's instructions and on the sites like RRE that list thier own instructions. Most poeple put male/female spade type connectors on to make this easy to do on the side of the road, and I believe some are included with the AFC, but it's been a while.
