1997 Buick Century a/c Problem

I had my a/c compressor, drier, orffice, replace by and auto repair shop two weeks ago. The problem i have is that when you set the climate control to a/c the cool air only blows out the passenger side. On the driver side hot air blows out. I have tried every setting according to the manual but nothing changes. It will not blow any cold air out the driver side vents. The climate control has dual controls but still I can't get it to blow cold air out or stop the hot air from coming out.. Help !!!
