Question V6 to V8 engine swap

I have a 96 camaro with a 3.8l, very nice car, just don't like the v6. i have come across the oppurtunity to purchase a 97 z28 for dirt cheap from a friend in need. i don't like the color or the interior, or the no t-tops of the z28. so i am considering doing an engine swap from my 3.8 to the LT1. anyone know of any good sites with info on this. or does anyone know of any major problems i will run into. also, if i do it, it will be a complete drivetrain and suspension swap. thanks for the help.

I'd find it cheaper to swap the interiors, chop the top, and possibly deal with the paint until you get the money to change it. What color is it?

And you don't like the white with silver stripes? I wouldn't prefer it, but then again, I wouldn't mind it. Maybe if you could replace the stripes with another color like black, then maybe you would find it more appealing.
