calibration
son of a biotch! i was wondering why my '89 keeps running rich no matter how i set the regulator. i have a C&L 73mm mass air meter, which i was told when i bought it from a friend that it was calibrated for 24# injectors, so i went and installed some 24s. i was doing a little reading and found that the CLEAR tube, which is installed in my meter, is for STOCK injectors, and the BLUE tube is for 24s, in my application. argh!!!! hopefully when i get the new unit in the mail, it'll correct the problem for good, and i'll get less than 710 millivolts outta my 02 sensors

Re: calibration
so i got the right calibration tube for the maf, and what a difference. it doesn't run rich anymore, no more tip-in stumble, no more roughness under load when cold. best 30 bucks i ever spent, lol. should theoretically pay for itself with gas prices the way they are.
