Question replacing power mirror switch

How do you replace the switch on the door, by the window, for the power side mirrors on a 1999 VW passatt wagon? I have the part, I just don't know how to replace it. It looks like it might just snap into place, but I don't want to wreck my door panel trying to get the broken one out of the door.
Thanks in advance!

No one knows how to change the power mirror switch?
Now I know I am going to have to pay some one to do it. Oh well.

You have to remove the door pannel to replace it. 3 screws on bottom of door and 3 behind handle that you need to remove. also pull down the light at the bottom of the door and disconnect the electrical connector.

Re: ?

Thank you! I never knew if it was a whole door panel thing, or if it came out alone.
