my 2001ES300 is just past 30K miles. Can someone point me to a Website with a checklist of items for the 30K service? I am trying to get a handle on the major items of work. How much does this typically cost at a dealer? thanks.......

Duh, look in your manual.
30K is nothing big. Coolant flush, transmission flush. The actual first tune-up is at 90,000m. Set for a 2001 Camry here to see mainly what is done. If you actually want to do it yourself, for $10 a day, Toyota (techinfo.toyota.com) will give you most of the dealer repair/information/maint. manuals for nearly any North American Toyota vehicle (Toyota, Lexus, Scion).
