If it were a jeep the colors would be faded, the icing would leak all over your clothing, it woiuld be difficult to cut, half would taste great and the other half would send you to the doctor with stomach issues.

But now Jeep cakes feature German chocolate.

But don't forget the most important thing of all on a Jeep cake, the redneck with butt cleavage standing on the tire or bumper while working on the broken parts or with his head buried in the front wheel well while replacing axles!

Aww...you guys are mean to jeep guys...

My dad has a '79 Cherokee Chief, and he hasn't had to replace any axles or any of that...

He just rebuilt the 401 v8 in it 2 or 3 years ago, and its still runnin strong (and guzzlin gas :P)

Your Dad has a classic! He better hang on to it until doomsday. Those things are bringing some serious bucks now on the collectors market. One of the Jeep club members I know built one for his wife and it is a work of art. It was even featured in one of the off-road magazines.

Here is a link to the section of the Ocala Jeep Clubs look at the article. The other lilnk is to the original article in Four Wheeler. Your Dads looks nice! You don't see too many of them without major cancer anymore.
