94 buick PA electrical problems

I'm having several problems:
- power locks not working on drivers side
- when I turn steering wheel the brake light on dash bord comes on for 5 seconds
- the radio and climate control on steering wheel comes & goes
I took it into a shop because the electrical was causing the battery to die every 2-3 days. I've pulled one of the fuses out so the car battery does not die but I still have all the electrical problems

I need advice on

Is it hard to change a control switch for power locks?
What could be causing the brake light to come on when I turn the steering wheel? any advice

Power lock failure can be caused by a passenger working the handle when unlock is pushed. This causes the rod connected to the inside handle to pop out of the plastic guide located in the center area of the door. Actuator replacement requires drilling the rivets and small hands help. May have 2 bolts under reflector on the door panel.
