Your Advice on PA 1997

I'm planning on buying a 1997 Park Avenue Unlta which has 74K mileage on it. The car is clean and it seems that it doesn't have any major problems on it.

I would like to know whether it is recommended to take a PA with 74K and how risky it is to face major problems when the mileage reaches 100K

Ultra's use premium gas, but have good power with the supercharger. The MSN Auto page has many user reviews, some have 150-200,000 miles on their Park's. I bought a 97 base Park with 76,000 and now have 102,000. Have done the routine things for this mileage...battery, brakes, rotors, serpentine belt, spark plugs. Have also fixed the seat motors and other little things, but I like to do that. I think Park's are great cars, I get anywhere from 24-28mpg, and you can usually get a used one for a good price.
