will the heads off a 95 croven vic pi fit my 92 grand marquis and give me more power also would i be able to use my old intake manifold as well or have to use the 95s manifold also exhaust manifolds

They would give you a *little* more power, but not more than say 5 RWHP. To really improve things you need the "PI" (that's performance improved) cams, which you can install on the '95 heads, but NOT the '92s.

so they will bolt on to the intake manifold and the exhaust manifolds i have now in my 92 ?

Yes, absolutely. ALL 2V heads are interchangeable, especially the '92-'97 heads, intakes etc.
