Missing plug connection on 93 grand am

Hi,

I replaced the head on the my 2.3L quad grand am and i seem to have forgotten where one of the cords connected to. I started the car up and it reved way too high than normal.

any suggestions!

Welcome to the forum. Is you engine MAF'ed? If so, it sounds like you didn't plug in the MAF. If your engine doesn't have a Mass Air Flow sensor, then it could be either your Throttle Position Sensor or Intake Air Control motor are unplugged.

How many wires and what color are they? There's a few sensors on the front that will do that, maf sensor, tps, map sensor etc...

The connector is blue and red and the wires are black and white. It is located on the driver side of the engine
