It doesn't say what software is installed. If it is the pocketlogger software there are certain security features that you will need to address if you want to convert the software to your "account". There are some freeware programs out there, but as with all freeware programs there is virtually no support.
Without more information, I'm afraid I can't be much more help. Might want to email the person that listed the auction to find out.
