After reading a few of the entries about ABS light and brake light staying on I deceide I could repair this myself. I went to the library used a Chilton electricial repair manual and it had a test procdure that was several pages long. What it boils down to grounding the test plug on the right kick panel and counting flashes of the ABS light, then move onto the next step test this, move on, test that.
What my problem ended up being was the speed sensor in the differental. Chrysler part number 4485165 $73.50. I was not going to pay that highway robbery price so I did some searching on napaonline.com put in chrysler part number and it gave me a part number to buy. DEMSS10260 which is a Delphi SS10260. The NAPA local store had it come in from SLC, Utah warehouse. I installed in about 20 minutes, lights are now off and ABS is working. I tested it while I had the rear end up on jack stands. run up to about 40 mph and push on brakes. You could really feel the ABS cycling the system. My cost was less than $50.00 but I bought it through our Company account. Check it out before paying dealer price. Use the test procdure in the Chilton repair manual. I even copied the pages to bring home and run the test as needed step by step.
