Finding cause of whine in radio after tune up?

Where do I start to troubleshoot a whine in the radio that began after a tune up. I put OEM plugs but used Carquest boots with spring inserts. Is there a way to pinpoint where the arcing is coming from?

did u replcace the coil packs?
