Angry ranger wont start

i just bought a 93 ranger 4x4 and it sat for 2 years and even with a new battery it wont turn over and when i bump started it the idle was a little low and the oil pressure gauge went nuts fluxuating from none to prefect? im lost

If your engine sat for 2 years ,it might be a little tight. Change the oil and filter in it, pull out the spark plugs, Squirt a little oil in each cylinder through the spark plug holes. Shut off the fuel supply by tapping the fuel pump inertia switch ( located I think behind one of the kick panels ) or disconnect the wiring to it. Unplug the coil so no spark goes to the plugs. Then try cranking the engine over with no plugs to help loosen it up. Make sure you don't crank more than 30 seconds at a time or you will fry the starter. If it cranks good , reinstall everything and see if it will start.

thanks but it i think it needs a starter. anyone know where i can get one fairly cheap?
