1998 jimmy stalls evry day when first started

My 1998 Jimmy spits and sputters first thing every morning and sometimes stalls out, right after starting I try to give it gas but it won't take it, the gas pedal goes down and I don't go anywhere This will also happen sometimes after the cars has been off for about 30 minutes. Other than that the car runs great, smooth and usually starts right up and goes. I've had a complete tune up with new fuel filter and all the other stuff. I'm tired of garages not being able to fix this but yet always find a way to charge me for something !!! HELP Again this happens after the truck hasn't been running for atleast 30 minutes and then once I finally get started and moving she runs perfect

New spark plugs -spark plug wires - fuel filter- air filter- distributer cap- rotor plus complete check of the fuel system and ignition system. This was the first repair a shop said needed to be done to fix the problem, needless to say they were WRONG

I would start with two cheap things - clean the throttle body and clean the IAC. If that doesn't solve it, it most likely needed done anyways and you've only spent a little time and about $3

Check fuel pressure.

Also check battery voltage at idle and while running.
