1997 GMC Seirra will not start

Have a 1997 GMC seirra K1500. Have problem with truck starting if it sits idol for 2 or more days. Once I do get it started, it will run rough until it warms up and I shut it off. At this point it will restart and run fine. Have checked fuel pressure and it is 62 PSI's. Can anybody help ????

MAYBE TRY A TUNE UP. PLUGS , WIRES, AND DIST CAP.
IF CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON THAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM. IT MAY NEED TO BE HOOKED UP ON A OBD2 SCANNER .
